In-Store:
Returns are accepted in-store within 30 days of purchase. Please note that seasonal items are NOT returnable after the holiday. We ask that returns are unused and in original condition. All sale items are final sale.
Online Orders:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of items being received (as shown by your tracking number). We ask that return requests are only made for items in unused and original condition. Returns are refunded within 14 of being received. Please note that seasonal items are NOT returnable after the holiday.
As a small shop, we unfortunately cannot cover your shipping costs for your returns. We can provide a return shipping label upon request, and that amount will be deducted from your total return. Returns for us are always a conversation and we're committed to quality service in our return process, including fast communication, processing, and answers to your questions. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to ensure happiness with your purchase, and thank you for your understanding.
Original shipping costs are not refundable. We do not assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged while being returned without proof of delivery to us at Tradition Market. Items that are purchased from an after-season sale, or from our sale section are not eligible for return. Please pack breakable items with care - the journey can be a rough one.
